Liked: The bartender for the social hour was very friendly and nice.
Disliked: Service at the front desk was sub par, room wasn't ready when we arrived (post check in time), it took forever to get our car to and from the valet even with proper notice. I've stayed at IHG properties many times and this was the first time I didn't enjoy my experience.

Liked: I felt safe. The vibe at this hotel is top notch; from the staff to the other guests. I really enjoyed the water they have in the lobby. Super cool they have bikes for loan. Hotel employee is such a great concierge.
Disliked: Parking fees. Little to no sunshine.

Great stay

Liked: The king suite with tub was fantastic. The room was beautifully decorated with art as well as the rest of the hotel. We had a plant in our room and that was so special.
Disliked: The second TV in the room was broken and irreparable.

Liked: Great location and place to stay. The entire staff made our experience memorable. You can really tell they love working there. Felt like we were home with friends.
