An amazing experience!

Liked: I really enjoy the stay and plan to use this property again. The staff was beyond amazing!
Disliked: Just unfortunate breakfast wasn’t included. I’m not sure if I saw breakfast was included or not. But having to pay for breakfast shocked me.

Liked: The only thing I like about this location was the parking attendants. Down to earth and more welcome then guest services.
Disliked: I was disappointed with the guest service, as it felt like there was unequal treatment. I noticed that white guests seemed to receive better service compared to Black guests. Additionally, the room I was given didn’t match the photos I saw online. Based on my experience, I will no longer use Booking.com or stay at any Kimpton hotels. When I asked the manager about the room discrepancy, they claimed all double rooms are the same. However, the room I saw online had a balcony with a city view, whereas mine was on the second floor, facing a roof, with no balcony.Furthermore, the hotel isn’t located on the beach, so you have to drive or take a shuttle to their other property, the Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel, which is beachside. The overall vibe of the hotel felt cheap and didn’t live up to the Kimpton brand’s reputation. I could go on, but unfortunately, my experience only got worse.
