Liked: Everything! This hotel lobby was clean and aesthetic. The reception was friendly and amazing, loved the welcome drink. The room was really nice and the bed was so comfortable. We celebrated my twins birthday and it was nice the hotel surprised them with a slice of cake. Also loved how big the balcony was and the comfortable seating. The rooftop pool was also a cool spot to hang out and soak up the sun. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
Disliked: The only thing i didn’t like was the view from the balcony, but it wasn’t a big deal not much they can do about buildings across the street.

Liked: The facilities were good (parking is very expensive though)
Disliked: One member of staff was particularly rude when we were checking in. All other staff seemed pleasant. The hotel however charged me for mini bar expenses for someone else’s stay days after we had checked out and cleared our bill. This was concerning because I now feel like I’m going to have to constantly monitor my credit card transactions to ensure they aren’t charging anything else on my card. What is also frustrating is I was charged a certain amount (converted to £) on my credit card but days after when the hotel refunded me I got refunded less than I was charged (what I can assume was due to exchange rate). This fact alone would deter me from ever staying at this hotel again, and I would advise people from staying here too! You can never be too careful when it comes to card fraud.

Liked: The location and aesthetics were very nice and calming
Disliked: My hotel room had a lot of outdated things. For example, the light kept flickering randomly. The remote control was not working. There was a smell of soreness in our room. The bathroom also did not have any type of ventilation. However, the staff did the best that they could to accommodate us with our concerns.

Liked: Love the new build and roof top. My room was just the right size. I was very grateful for Denise providing transportation, she was awesome! The overall staff was nice and accommodating.
Disliked: I was under the impression that ocean drive was close, but that wasn’t the case. The drive was at least 10-15 minutes, so the walk would have been 30-45.

Clean and good Location

Liked: Hotel was walkable to Miami Beach and close to some nice cafes. Lovely cafe around the corner for breakfast. Room was clean and relatively comfortable.
Disliked: 9 dollars for a bottle of water which really should be complimentary for guests. Very expensive. Hotel was also a bit noisy at night. Could hear guests in corridors coming and going. No breakfast included.
