Not worth the price
Liked: The location was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The staff, John, Reina and Kierra were very nice and helpful and did what they could to make up for the issues that kept happening. The valet employees were great and friendly.
Disliked: The bar Dirty Habit had music playing loudly and could be heard all day and into the night. The base thumped through our room. The woman that worked at the restaurant on Monday (April 1, 2024) was extremely rude, hung up on us while we were still speaking to order room service and didn't hear the entire order. The hotel offered us a complimentary breakfast and when the same woman delivered our food, she demanded we pay. I explained that the manager had given us the complimentary meal. She said if that was true we would have a voucher. She walked away and added it to our bill anyhow. Reina was able to refund it as soon as I saw it on my bill that was emailed to me. Our doordash was taken from the counter and the guy at the counter was matter a fact and not apologetic. kids running up and down the halls yelling, doors slamming all the time, the doors had large gaps in the bottom and it probably didn't help to make the room quieter, mildew in shower, 1 rough and scratchy robe, no medicine (even Advil) . The cleaning staff never cleaned our room. The room furniture was dated and old, there wasn't any outlets on one side of the bed or through the room. The plugs in the bed side table were old and our charging cords kept falling out. I had to plug my phone and laptop in the bathroom outlets. I was very disappointed and that as much as the room cost, that it would be nicer. I have had a better experience at hotels that cost half of the price.
