Luxurious, spacious, modern, would stay...

Liked: Absolutely enjoyed my stay here in this chique hotel! Modern, luxurious, spacious rooms, and well taken care off. The staff was very friendly, the tea/coffee and popcorn in the little lobby was super nice and friendly of the hotel. Good location, near multiple public transport spots.
Disliked: The only thing to improve was the water quality and pressure of the bathroom. However, this is a personal taste thing, because the spacious bathroom and facilities (like a good little care package with a face mask!) really makes up for this.

Excellent hotel with exceptional service!

Liked: The L7 Chicago by LOTTE is a brand new and outstanding hotel with a fantastic location and extremely friendly staff. Antonio will take care of your car immediately upon your arrival, and the check-in process at the front desk is effortless (the front desk personnel were friendly and professional). Hot drinks and popcorn were made available to all guests. Andreas took meticulous care of the beverage area and even showed us the process of making our drinks in the multi-purpose automatic hot beverage maker. The fact that they have fresh ground coffee in stock is awesome.The size of the room is impressive, and the window seating area is a welcome addition. We opted for a room that had a river view, but it wasn't a direct view, but rather a side view. However, it was still a pleasant sight instead of a building wall up front.Courtney provided a great checkout service and even offered to call for our car to be brought up front. This was the most expeditious valet wait we experienced.
Disliked: They offer room service, but we were unable to order due to confusion with the QR code's room number printed in the room.

A Perfect Stay

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay! Loved the style of the hotel and room! Our room was spacious and stylish- everything was modern, clean and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Our check in was speedy and we loved all the special touches. The hotel is also in the perfect location- highly recommend!
