Loved the stay. It was quiet and the room was clean. The only thing that was missing was it didn't have a microwave in the room. The parking is valet only and this sucks because after the show there was no food delivery available and I needed my car and the valet told me it was parked too far away to get it out and if they move it I may not get a space back. I need to eat due to medical conditions. Valet is $50 and I'm staying at a hotel without any other options - it's a little steep. I can't just take my car and leave and come back with ease.

Liked: The service and the kindness of the staff. Beautiful hotel, close to CFG Arena.
Disliked: No parking or no microwave. The parking was the biggest thing.

We will definitely be back. The service and the staff were so friendly and extremely accommodating.

The ambience of the hotel...

Liked: The location was excellent, my partner and I were able to walk to several locations and sites that we wanted to visit reasonably. The staff were also welcoming and accommodating.
Disliked: Although the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, it took a while, more than 10 minutes to get hot water to the shower and then our shower handle broke. We also forgot a garment bag of clothes and have not been able to receive a response from the hotel on whether it's been located or if we can get it returned.
