Liked: Nice open rooms and very clean and comfortable
Disliked: Only problem I had was the room I was switched 3 times due to the whirlpool not working other than that nice place I will return

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful and smiled! The building is historic and majestic. A true turn of the century engineering feat. The bar and snack cozy are perfectly stocked if the mood strikes! Highly recommend, B. Taylor, MHA
Disliked: Baltimore has a relatively high homeless problem. You shouldn√Ę‚?¨‚?Ęt be surprised to see part of the homeless population camped out at the bus stop right across the street. Very-sad-state-of-affairs.

Liked: The minute we pulled up to the hotel the 2 people greeting us were remarkably friendly helpful and nonjudgmental as I, the driver, was extremely exhausted and frustrated looking for a place to park and driving 6 hours straight! I couldn't have asked for 2 nicer gentlemen. The gentleman who parked our car took my keys and told me now to relax the car would be in good hands and the other gentleman told us not to worry grabbed a cart, unloaded our luggage and told us about the hotel and the surrounding venues.

enjoyed my stay room was...
Liked: the Jacuzzi tub was huge and amazing bigger then expected
Disliked: that the hotel charged my card after i thought they canceled the booking then i get to the hotel and they wouldnt accept my card to put a hold on a deposit that i wasnt aware of and then was refusing my room because they wouldnt take my card ended up costing me way more money then i expected!!
