Perfect!
Liked: The location. Also it’s was my sons first time flying and it was an early flight the combination of both situations left my son feeling a little woozy. I asked to check in early and they called as soon as a room was available so my son could lay down for a bit. The rooms were beautiful and modern. Beautiful views. The a train from the air port takes you right to the location! 10 of 10!!!

Passable
Liked: Hotel staff were good
Disliked: I was not too fond of booking.com services. There was no support service and the phone options never took me to the live person and didn't allow me to cancel even though I was still under 24 hours. You SUCK booking.comFix your customer service Booking.com

Nice hotel in a good...
Liked: Room was a nice size, beds and pillows were comfortable and it was very clean. Location is good with a few restaurants and cafes nearby and next to the commuter train. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Upon check-in, we were provided a sheet of paper that said we would be charged $30 per day, per guest for an Amenity Fee. First, this should be transparent in the rate of the room, because now the price increased by $60 per day (more than 30% of the room rate), plus the "amenities" are not worth $30 per person, per day. It includes access to a workout facility, admission to The Museum of Contemporary Art, which unfortunately is not worth a visit (and we love museums) and $10 per day at the onsite restaurant.
