Liked: Great vibe. Nice bar. Lobby welcoming and happy hour a nice touch.
Disliked: Parking the car and entrance obscure. GPS takes you to a one way street. Need to say GO AROUND TO THE BACK of the hotel. We literally double parked and schlepped our bags up the front steps. Only missed directive was important after a long drive.

The overall stay was serene....

Liked: The room was awesome! It was VERY comfortable, spacious and clean.
Disliked: I didn’t like the communication of staff. We had a really hard time checking in even though the room was already paid for. We were there for a work training and therefore the company whom we were partnered with had already taken care of the stay, the front desk gave us a very hard time checking into our room. We waited in the lobby with our luggage for over an hour after arriving. It was also very late and we were tired. I didn’t like that fact that every thing was laid out in the notes but the rep didn’t take the time to thoroughly read through the notes. He wanted me to check into my own reservation and that’s what he gets paid to do. I was not pleased at all with that outcome.

Liked: Fantastic location downtown, valet service, great staff, spacious rooms.
Disliked: Need instructions on how to work the thermostat. Front desk was really helpful & talked us through it.
