Great location, great facilities, feeling...

Liked: I often stay at this hotel as I love the location, the fact that there is coffee available in the morning, they have loads of lounge areas, a nice gym, and all room types have a good view, even the pool ones.
Disliked: The room that we were in this time (a higher floor) had broken doors in the bathroom, and some of the lights weren't working.What I generally don't like about this hotel is that you never have the ability to early check-in or late checkout, even if you ask in advance, and offer to pay for it. The reception desk seems under-staffed, the waiting time is longer than any hotel I've stayed at. The staff is a hit and miss, sometimes helpful, sometimes moody and rude.

EXCELLENT VISIT!

Liked: Excellent location for access to key areas. Great views, outstanding size room, great balcony, well planned bathroom & all very clean. Very comfortable bed - good size, quality sheets & good pillows! Efficient lifts & brilliant customer service! Water in the lobby as well as coffee in the morning. Will definitely return!
Disliked: There wasn't anything we didn't like! Would have preferred a Nespresso machine in the room, but no issue going down to the lobby in the morning.
