Love this city.

Liked: The location was excellent. We walked out of the central station and were at the hotel in 5 minutes. The rooms were comfortable and we were able to get connecting rooms for our family.

Liked: The staff were so helpful and responsive. Nothing was too much trouble and they were friendly too. I also loved the interior design of the place.

Disliked: Huge line to check in. Viking cruise guests should be dealt with differently. They are all there at once and it was slow and chaos…The first room they gave us wasn’t clean. Dirty washroom, hair all over bed…. We were there for 3 nights. They didn’t clean our room everyday….

Wonderful stay

Liked: We had a fantastic stay at the De Witt Kimpton. The room was very well appointed with a huge comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful. We loved the social hour, an excellent idea. Perfect location, great staff we will return.
