Liked: Love the location. Stayed here a few times
Disliked: My room was never cleaned even though I called and and requested it be cleaned around 3:30 because no one had been by to clean it and I was told they would send someone up in a half hour. I returned back to the hotel at 11 PM in my room was still a mess and I had no fresh towels not to mention the day before I had to call downstairs for toilet paper because there was no backup role in my room. Not the quality I’ve been used to in the past.

Excellent Omaha Stay

Liked: The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. It was nice having our room cleaned during our stay and not given the “covid” excuse. The pool was wonderful and comfortable. Rooms were clean and stocked properly and very comfortable.
Disliked: Pool could use more loungers but it’s a nice set up and current construction around the hotel is annoying but not the hotels fault at all.

Liked: Loved the restaurants/bars, pool, and the beds were comfy!
Disliked: The bars with the tree closed at 10 on a Thursday night. Shower took a long time to heat up and water pressure was low.

Liked: The pool and the pool beds! The shower was pretty and nice beauty products (Atelier Bloem). Free wine hour was fun and because it’s a social club as well, it’s “gezellig” at the pool. Overall we loved the history of the hotel (go check out the old pictures at the Cottonwood Restaurant (one of the staff took the time to tell us more about it!). Also the look and quality was very nice and we later saw you can rent cool bikes as well! Staff is great and knowledgeable as well! Also lots of nice restaurants/stores and coffee places in the Blackstone area. We will definitely come again and recommend!
Disliked: The coffee bar was great! Just sad it was closed after noon :). Also.. the food truck wasn’t open but instead we could order food at the restaurant and bring it to the pool so it was still nice.

Liked: The remodel of an historic hotel.
Disliked: Cleanliness was lacking especially around pool, there was scum on tile all around the pool and the concrete around the pool looked as if it was soaked in oil. This should be unacceptable to the clients you are trying to target.
