Liked: Everything was the best hotel me and my partner have ever stayed at. Staff and facilities were truly exceptional it was beautiful and continuously showed so much care into ensuring we had the perfect stay. Could not recommend more and definitely want to stay again.
Disliked: Nothing

Central location and generally nice...

Liked: Enjoyed the gym facilities and the bar, all the staff were extremely friendly. The room was warm and comfortable, a little surprised that there were minimal complimentary items, coffee, biscuits etc, it would have been nice to have more than 2 biscuits and 2 coffees.. No items in the minibar, again disappointing.
Disliked: I'm afraid our experience with an evening meal was over rated and not enjoyable, the waiting staff changed my meal as it was burnt, but I felt it was done with disdain. We decided to eat out of the hotel after the first night.

Expect the unexpected! A heaven...

Liked: The Kimpton Charlotte Square boasts an unbeatable location, which truly made our stay. We found the staff to be friendly and attentive, and our room was perfectly adequate with all the essentials. While the pool was a tad busy when we used it, breakfast was satisfactory. A definite highlight was the incredible food at the BABA restaurant.
Disliked: For future consideration, soundproofing between rooms and from the corridor could be improved, as we occasionally heard noise. We also wanted to note a minor inaccuracy during breakfast when golden syrup was presented as maple syrup.
