Good location but I expected...
Liked: The location is nice. Especially the Filmore street is recommendable. The room was pretty large.
Disliked: For the price I paid, the room as well as the hotel in general disappointed me. The bath tub included the shower and was pretty old. I wouldn't have felt comfortable taking a bath in it because it looked very used.

Good location, helpful desk staff....
Liked: Helpful and friendly staff. Great location near Fillmore St shops and cafes. Comfortable beds and reasonably sized rooms.
Disliked: 1 out of 2 the elevators where out of order the entire 5 days of our stay causing lengthy waits for elevator at times.

We loved our stay here,...
Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, quiet atmosphere, nice location, great wine and good coffee.
Disliked: More storage space in the bathrooms (I like putting on my makeup and watching Netflix on my iPad in the bathroom, but the counter space and lack of storage below the sink made it difficult), a towel hook near the bathtub, extend Happy Hour to 2 hours :0)

Very uncomfortable and unhappy.and unsatisfied...
Disliked: The bathroom was without hand-rail. When I got up from the bathtub. I slipped and fell on the slippery water bath tub floor. No floor mat was provided to prevent slippery bathtub floor. I was very slow and careful but still slipped and Sustained some minor injury. The room was very dark at night. No adequate lightnings and when call reception to request a standing light. The hotel management staff and manager did not bother. I had great difficulty in packing in the room. The facilities, services and standard in the room did not match the price that I paid for . Therefore I request some refund for sub standard and poor service from the hotel management.
