Fantastic, relaxing night away

Liked: Place was beautiful, staff upgraded us due to it being a birthday. Cleanliness was second to none, bed was so comfortable
Disliked: The hours that hotel had access to spa wasn’t great, breakfast could have been better

Liked: High standard of accommodation and facilities We were able to access our room in the morning of our stay
Disliked: We tried to book a spa break but the receptionist told me that you didn’t do them and I would have to book separately No one answered in the spaThen after we booked I went on website which quoted me for a spa break There’s a training issue you need to address

My stay was good but...

Liked: Spa is amazing room are beautiful and very comfortable stunning hotel and love having free drinks in the lobby
Disliked: I had a few issues since we arrived room was supposed to be ready at 3 but never got or room till after 4 then we had no luggage in our room had to go and find it it was sent to another room . Next our room was cold asked at reception if we could have our heating check which resulted in four heaters put in our room . After the spa we got back to the room to settle down and watch tv and we had no remote control in the room to put tv on so had to get out off bed and dressed and head to reception .
