Liked: The room was nice.
Disliked: I sent a message about our delied flight but didnt get an answer. And even though we also called about that it did not seem our message got through because it took a long time for the person in the reception to find our booking. It was too much noise from the traffic outside. The airconditioner was very loud. I left monday and today I have still not got my deposition back. Please pay me back asap!

It was terrible. I came...

Liked: It was terrible. I came 2:20 PM - a bit earlier than check in time (3:00 PM). I was planning to check in at 3:00 because I had an appointment at 4 PM in museum for my kids. The receptionist said that he has no ready room to check in before 3:00 PM. It was ok for us so we were just waiting in the lobby right in front of the receptionist. And at 3 PM he said that we should wait until 4 PM. He didn’t said it beforehand and didn’t even try to help me with my timing. So me and my family very unhappy with staying at the hotel this time.
