Liked: Beautiful room big and wide, we got complementary cocktails for each guest for free!! Was nice from stuff. The location is 25 min walking from White House. Very clean and cozy hotel
Disliked: Just sound of traffic through the windows you can hear all night , need better sound proofing in the windows.

Liked: Breakfast was very good and so much better than a buffet.The view from our window was fine.
Disliked: The male receptionist forgot to give us our breakfast vouchers and no one told us there were drinks facilities in the lobby. Every time we came into and out of the hotel someone was always standing there. Only spotted the facilities when we finally left the hotel. We wondered why there wasn’t any tea or coffee in the room.

Liked: Location was nice.
Disliked: The showers are poorly done where water easily escapes out making the whole bathroom floor wet right outside the shower. There is also no fan in the bathroom. We were also placed in someone else’s room at check in and were locked out of the room 2 days later when we came back at 1am. We were told we had to pack up and leave the room to our new room at that hour despite it all being the hotels error. No notification or call from the hotel, they just locked the room and expected us to find out whenever. It was a terrible experience. Check out is at noon and we were locked out at 11am.
