Everything was nice and staff...

Liked: Breakfast. Food was good.
Disliked: Room 501, I realize it must have been accessible and the bathroom was large but there was no shelves to put anything. The towels were left by tv in main room. There is actually a space to put small shelf unit either in the corner or beside sink. For some reason we didn't have a shower mat to step out of shower. One hand towel and 2 washcloths for a party of 3.

Liked: Hotel is very well located and the facilities are very well maintained.Hotel was clean and they compensated mistakes rapidly and efficientlty.
Disliked: I was given a room that wasn't ready.They didn't explained to me that I was paying $30/day extra for additional services I could've enjoyed. They made me believe they were giving me "complimentary" things like a loaner bike, drinks or the gym. At check out I learned I was being charged was for those things. They were confused whether parking was included and they charged me even though it was included. I had to request a refund and the manager refunded.

Will not stay again nor...

Liked: The location is convenient to many activities/resturants/landmarks.
Disliked: Elevators. Lack of supplies. Air conditioning. Cleanliness.

Superb

Liked: The room and hotel are super clean, room size is very good a lot of space.
Disliked: No coffee machine inside the room. Although the room is for 4 guests the breakfast included is only for 2 guests.

Bad

Disliked: They have been holding my 173.00 deposit for over a month. I've called repeatedly, talked to sales, the guy at the front desk that assured me of a call back and a solution and still no solution.
