Great location

Liked: Great location for ocean drive and south Miami Beach. Room (Studio suite) was spacious and staff were very friendly also free wine in the early evening was a nice offering.
Disliked: Room (studio suite in old building) felt basic, lacked wall art and luxury. On entry room smelt musty / unpleasant odour. no coffee machine in room and despite requesting one it was never received. Coffee could be collected in reception. I also didn’t like entering the hotel through a restaurant, which was the main / direct access to our room.

Disliked: Shower flooded bathroom. Old carpets in hallway. No bedside table by main bed. Bit noisy at night.

Liked: The facilities, pool, food were great and the staff very friendly
Disliked: The air con was unbearable no option to control it other than on or off and the smell from the air con was awful damp smell which stuck to our clothes. As an asthmatic this was less than ideal & when complained we got to move room but the air con also smelt bad in that room.The smell clung to our clothes making everything smell damp. I’m sure this is a health hazard and how a hotel of that standard thinks that is acceptable is beyond me.
