Liked: This property is modern, stylish and clean. With a good balance of indoor and outdoor space. The rooms are spacious, and bathrooms big enough. Love that this hotel is pet friendly!
Disliked: I would suggest raising the temperatures of the common areas, it was freezing! A larger offering of 2 queen-size beds rooms, to better accommodate children and families. Could use a gym or a more robust offering of exercise activities.

Liked: Everything was top quality! The staff excellent! Food Amazing! Rooms wonderful! Rooftop pool! To say our family loved this place would be an understatement. We had a family of 7 adults & 4 children staying here, a total of 4 rooms. The staff even arranged for our transportation to the port. Our next trip to Miami we will be staying here for sure!

Expensive with poor service better...

Liked: Very comfortable beds and pillows
Disliked: Could not get into room until 16.45, we were then given complimentary breakfast but that took an hour and half and when it turned up my wife’s pancakes were badly burnt
