I’ll be back

Liked: I had such a wonderful experience during my birthday weekend trip! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, which made the whole stay so special. We spent a week there, and the vibe was just perfect. The food was delicious, and I really appreciated the happy hour in the lobby—it was a lovely touch to have complimentary drinks for guests from 4 to 5. I have to say, the fish sandwich was absolutely amazing! Overall, it was a memorable trip filled with great moments.

Liked: Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms with a nicely designed bathroom and a walk-in shower.

Disliked: Swimming Pool could have been open longer.

Not a very pleasant stay....

Liked: Location close to Miami Beach. Front reception staff was really good.
Disliked: In pictures rooms were new and good, but in reality they have second building with old rooms and did not meet our expectations. The day we arrived elevator was not even working. We got charged $63 at restaurant in the hotel that no one knows about, when we asked about the charge no one called back from the hotel about the charge.
