Very disappointing, we came for...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the pool was good
Disliked: Unfortunately there was a few issues. We stayed for 7 nights and the room was only cleaned 3 times, 2 times out of those 3 we had to go to reception and ask for it to be cleaned. When I complained on the last day the reception staff were extremely rude and told me I was lying and that the room had been cleaned every day we were there when this was not the case. I have stayed in less star hotels and this has never been an issue.

Liked: The staff were helpful and friendly. It had a rooftop pool, happy hour and free coffee in mornings. Convenient location.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service

Liked: I had a very nice experience staying at this hotel in Miami Beach. The customer service was excellent—staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The location is great, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Breakfast was very good each morning, and the hotel’s restaurant also served delicious food. Overall, a wonderful stay—I would definitely come back!
Disliked: Ice Machine didn’t work at the 4th floor
