Liked: The staff were helpful and friendly. It had a rooftop pool, happy hour and free coffee in mornings. Convenient location.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service
Liked: I had a very nice experience staying at this hotel in Miami Beach. The customer service was excellent—staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The location is great, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Breakfast was very good each morning, and the hotel’s restaurant also served delicious food. Overall, a wonderful stay—I would definitely come back!

Liked: The access to f45 gym. Close to beach and happy hour. Roof top pool was nice. Bar was closed at pool. Access to towels and water at pool. Access to bikes

Weekend Getaway
Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the location of the hotel to the beach was very good. Only 2 blocks away from the beach.
Disliked: Only given two vouchers for the free breakfast included in the price we paid for the room. Wouldn't have paid the extra money for breakfast to be included if I had known I was only going to receive two vouchers for the three people in our room. Especially with the vouchers costing $30 a person and the portion size being small for the price and you are limited to a small menu to choose from. You can't just grab what you want. The pillows in the room were way too soft and just sank down to the bed, so I woke up with a sore neck. The sofa bed didn't have any sheets in it or in the room so I had to call housekeeping for that. I also had to call housekeeping for extra towels to put on the floor of the bathroom since the room had a halfway enclosed shower where the glass is not able to move and only blocks half of the side and it was leaking out from it not being fully closed when in use.

Liked: I had such a wonderful experience during my birthday weekend trip! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, which made the whole stay so special. We spent a week there, and the vibe was just perfect. The food was delicious, and I really appreciated the happy hour in the lobby—it was a lovely touch to have complimentary drinks for guests from 4 to 5. I have to say, the fish sandwich was absolutely amazing! Overall, it was a memorable trip filled with great moments.
