Disliked: Our room was filthy upon arrival and sand in our bed, sheets hadn’t been changed nor the floor been washed all round baf establishment

Liked: The property was surrounded around all the restaurants and the beach that was good
Disliked: When I booked it online, I booked for me and my fiancé to have a balcony upon arrival, they told us there was no balconies that we booked, which was false me being a smoker I was smoking outside their premises, and they decided to charge me for a smoking fee, which me and my fiancé clearly know that we did not smoke in the room so this place will do anything to take cash from you by all means whatever they can get never will I ever go back to this place again neither will my fiancé , another thing is one building looks decent the second building that they send us was horrible no elevator and there was a time where we couldn’t come out of the third floor because all doors were closed because they got jammed

Liked: Lovely Staff. Nice hotel and really comfortable beds . Nice e bikes to rent for free for 2 hours
Disliked: There is no private beach front for the this price . The scent at lobby is too much for people with nose allergy.
