Disliked: - Tiny bathrooms.- Rude staff.- A 2 star hotel breakfast, in fact that might be better. - Not a pleasant vibe overall.

Brilliant location just 2 blocks...

Liked: Everything was brilliant. Rooms great and cleaned every day. Wine Hour with complimentary drinks was fun. Pool area very nice. Staff could not have been more helpful. E-Bikes wonderful with 2 hours free each day. They were a real bonus.
Disliked: Food and drink so pricey. But I suppose that’s Miami for you.

Liked: We loved the location, the facilities like the rooftop pool and bar, the breakfast, really comfy beds and the very friendly staff!
Disliked: We asked for some curling irons but they didn’t bring them. The room was mostly setup for 2 people despite us being 3 (towels and robes).

Decent stay for a quick...

Liked: Jimmy, Mohamed, & Nnvette stood out for providing top tier customer service! They were polite & professional. The rooftop pool was amazing - too bad I didn’t find out about it until AFTER I’d already checked out. The pool we saw from our room looked abandoned so I had no idea there were 2 pools , wish someone would’ve told us during check in! Lemonade bar at lobby was delicious !
Disliked: The towels in my room at check in had hair in them so I was already grossed out upon arrival, I contacted front desk and was told to come over and get more. I was not staying in the same building and it was extremely late so I didn’t like that. They also kept hanging up on me when I called down. The rooms are very dated, modern furniture and decor, but the condition of the crown molding, bathrooms, and walls/ windows tells a different story. For that price point , the property should’ve been in better overall condition.the desk chair was stained and filthy…
