We decided to make The Alexis our "go to hotel" while visiting Seattle. The staff was beyond helpful & so pleasant. The location was perfect & the hotel is quiet & small. Even our little dog was well treated. She loved the doggie biscuits at the door!

Disliked: They don’t clean your rooms unless you ask. It wasn’t explained to us until the last day

It was wonderful. Staff were...

Liked: I loved the easy access to the venue (Benaroya) and the ferries to Bainbridge.
Disliked: The toilet paper was subpar. The fire alarm at 1am was also unfortunate but resolved quickly.
