Beautiful location in the country...

Liked: We loved the castle experience staying in a beautiful room overlooking the gardens & bed was Devine.
Disliked: The menu at the casual dining could have more choice.

An amazing hotel in a...

Liked: An amazing hotel in a beautiful location- the walk by the lake was particularly nice. The food was great (make sure to leave room for pudding!) and the spa facilities good. Better than the photos.
Disliked: Some of the decor was quite twee in places- like the faux heraldic coats of armour. But you can embrace that- you are staying in a castle after all!
