Excellent guest house.

Liked: Clean, spacious room. Very helpful owners and staff. We'll situated for local Hoole amenities and for the centre of Chester.
Disliked: Road noise noticeable but well damped by the glazing. Might not suit light sleepers.

Liked: Room was big and bed was comfortable, staff were nice. Location was perfect!
Disliked: The tea and coffee options could be better, couldn't enjoy either of them unfortunately, and I feel like breakfast was lacking something for the price aswell.
