A good stay

Liked: The location was excellent and the weather at this time was great so made a real difference with our stay.
Disliked: When we booked this stay via booking.com we had been asked if any special requests.As a special occasion for us we put down a request for an upgrade room only if available and possible. We also were a returning customer to this hotel.We received an email prior to our stay to contact the hotel regarding our request from booking.com this was to find out if an upgrade room was possible.I did call and spoke to a reception who told me we would be looked after at arrival and to mention this at check in if a room was then available.When we arrived we were told because our booking was from a third party ie: booking.com this was not possible or an option as rooms cannot be changed even if an upgrade was available.We were asked to pay a supplement of £35 for an upgrade room by the receptionist at check in.Even though this room was available and a special stay for us they could not offer this room complimentary as we had booked through booking.com.We did pay this supplement as just wanted to have a great stay at hotel.I think the communication was not great as I had already contacted hotel prior to stay and believe if booking.com rooms cannot be changed I should have been told this.Our stay was enjoyable as the weather and location was great.Thank youJulie Shimmin

Great location and good facilities...

Liked: Great location, close to Enniskillen town (20 min walk) and lovely views of the lake. Rooms spacious and modern, good spa facilities. Great cooked breakfast. Coffee machine in the room wasn’t working but this was quickly replaced.
Disliked: Room could have been cleaner, fridge and coffee machine covered in dust. Fan in the room which was needed as no air con, was filthy with thick dust and toilet hadn’t been properly cleaned. Most staff were friendly however we had a poor experience with two young bar staff on our first evening who were unpleasant, so we didn’t return the following evening.

Ok hotel but price didn’t...

Liked: Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Location by the river was amazing. Spa was lovely too.
Disliked: Bed was small. Room was roasting hot with no air con. Cocktails took ages to arrive n probably the worst margarita I’ve ever had. Wi fi was very poor.

Had a great relazing experience...

Liked: Everything is off and high standard, from check-in to check out. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The staff in the kove restaurant at breakfast are fantastic even before 8am-especially Ann-marie (think that's her name) as we've been going there for several years and she greets us using our first names whic is lovely-like a family member.
Disliked: Room extremely warm, no air conditioning. Fan was provided but weather was exceptionally warm
