Disliked: The breakfast was canceled on BOTH weekend days because someone 'called out'? No backup plan? For those who like Starbucks in the lobby, great, but I think providing free coffee for guests in the lobby goes a long way, especially at a ski resort.

Liked: Location is perfect, we loved lobby space with big fireplace and first floor where community room is, cozy beds and pillows
Disliked: breakfast was very poor and very expensive, cleanliness was questionable and staff seemed disorganized

Disliked: While I don’t mind that they are dog friendly, my stay was impacted by someone who left their dog alone in the room- and the dog proceeded to bark all morning.

Disliked: my room was next to the fireplace. It was in the 50's outside. 2 guys wanted a fire so they built a gigantic fire that made my room 76 degrees. windows were nailed shut and ac took three hours to counteract. obviously they know its an issue since the windows are nailed shut
