Disliked: Staff ~ reception poor- someone to assist the guests with cases up and down stairs. Need to train staff to welcome and escort guests - Overall not a 5 star along way to go.

Liked: Location, farmland surrounded by nature, sheep, gardens and castle.
Disliked: No air conditioning. Room was too warm at night

Liked: This is an exceptional property. Everything has been thought through with great care and a real commitment to quality.. The rooms are are beautiful with views of the Hills and forests nearby. The building is unique and the walking trails, which surround the site are magnificent..

A hidden gem.

Liked: We were there for a family wedding and had a beautiful day. The room was so comfortable and we had a great sleep. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. I will definitely have to go back and get to use all the facilities.
