Disliked: Poor hotel environment for anyone with disabilities , steps / stairs everywhere and no one to assist with luggage up and down . Only 1 lift for entire property.

Liked: Very central, lovely staff, good selection for breakfast, good size pool you can do lenghts in.
Disliked: I found my bed a bit uncomfortable as it was a very hard mattress, but I stayed at this hotel a previous time and no issue with the bed. Although the room had ironing board and iron, I would have liked a steam iron.

Overall a good hotel.

Liked: Good breakfast and good central location. Parking across road in public park is a negative. We had to carry bags in rain to entrance after luckily getting a park in a full car park.
