Liked: Bed comfortable, shower and bathroom nice.Location was good.Staff friendly and helpful
Disliked: Room a bit too warm.The prices on the Specials menu brought to my table in the restaurant didn't match those on the board on the wall. I ended up paying a couple of euro more for what I chose from the table menu versionBreakfast was a bit low in stock, eg the smoothies were gone very early, and they weren't offering to make any more. My grandson had been really looking forward to this and he was disappointed

Disliked: Receptionist "OLGA" extremely rude obnoxious demeaning and unhelpful, wouldn't be rushing back to stay there due to her poor attitude,

Liked: The overall experience was very good. Hotel is amazing, excellent room and honest price. I do recommend the hotel
Disliked: The breakfast. It was a little messy, the layout is a bit confusing, different from any other hotel I've been before in Ireland and the staff was rushing and not returning after a request. As breakfast is a paid service per person, it should be better. It was not bad but was not good either. I only book hotels with breakfast available, included in the price or paid separately, so this is a very important point to me
