Terrible experience. Keep away.

Liked: Niente.
Disliked: Room reserved three month earlier, and when arrived we were told the hotel was overbooked and we were directed to a less fine hotel nearby, much cheaper without any price refund. Bed with terrible mattresse. Keep away from this hotel. Much better, educated, respectful and fine solution can be found there.

Great hotel, good location and...

Liked: Great little hotel ideally placed for Killarney centre. Good value for money.
Disliked: Doesn’t have a huge amount of character, but still very comfortable.

Very welcoming, clean and loved...

Liked: Breakfast should have been included in the 279 euro. We paid an additional 30 euro for breakfast.
Disliked: Everything else was fantastic.
