Lovely quiet place .would return...

Liked: Scrambled egg done to my perfection. Plenty of breads
Disliked: No teabags left in bedroom with tea facilities.just 1 key given to us.All minor things .

Kiillaloe hotel

Liked: Bar & restaurant staff generally helpful & friendly. The girl working on reception ( first point of contact) not very friendly or helpful
Disliked: The general cleanliness was nowhere near what a 4 star hotel should be.... the general upkeep of the hotel from room locks to faded painted work to general maintenance was not good

Disliked: Spa was not what I expected. Thermal suite closed before treatment was not made aware of this prior to visit, thought treatment was pricey for 25 minutes treatment
