Liked: This hotel was truly a highlight of our trip! We were randomly upgraded to a suite, and the room was absolutely stunning. As we walked in, the lights gently followed us and the curtains opened to reveal an incredible view of the castle—it honestly felt like a scene from a movie. I still can’t get over the bathroom—it was like stepping into a spa. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Rachel at the front desk (I hope I got her name right!) gave us fantastic local recommendations, including where to grab food and do laundry. A quick trip to the car for a charger turned into picking up drinks and a brownie with ice cream to enjoy in our pajamas—and the staff didn’t even blink! We felt so welcomed and cared for. A truly magical experience from start to finish.

Liked: The staff were very friendly. The location was amazing. Great for walking around but not in the crazy loud bar area. The hotel was clean and beautiful. Nice bar downstairs. Very comfortable beds.
