Liked: It was in an excellent location, very spacious rooms and excellent facilities. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was great.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Location is amazing hotel itself is very nice clean modern great lobby swimming pool is amazing room newly done up very nice very comfortable breakfast was okay
Disliked: The rooms are too warm we had this problem when we stayed there a few years ago as well I thought it might have improved that only provide a fan in the room and having window that barely opens isn't good enough the week we were there the room was 26 degrees a proper air conditioning unit needs to be invested in dinner was definitely most disappointing it was not good enough and when we made a complaint it fell on deaf ears and they pretended not to know what we were talking about the manager looking guy walked off and left the waiter to deal with it but he had no idea how to breakfast was okay definitely need better orange juice it's a little bit chaotic in the mornings but it is very busy lastly the thing that's annoying me the most about hotels these days is when you go to check out and nobody asks you how did you get on how was your stay was everything okay now at least I got more out of them than I did a previous hotel where literally I was told to drop the card and run away but it's like they don't want to ask you the question because they don't want to know your answer!

Disliked: Parking was paid; whereas as advertised it seemed it was included.

Liked: excellent staff very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable, very clean hotel.
Disliked: Shower was a bit worse for wear, tiled area needs maintenance.
