Liked: The hotel was very clean. The pool facilities were excellent. All the staff were very helpful and were always there to help.
Disliked: The main bar not opening earlier.

Liked: The hotel is pleasant. Nice enough decor. The swimming pool and gym were great. The kids loved the swimming pool and the steam room and jacuzzi were good too. Rooms were clean although a little tired.
Disliked: The rooms look a little tired. The door in the bathroom in our room #234 looked like a building crew had been going through it. It was all scratched on the inside. The furniture and sockets look a little tired too.The family room consisted of a double, a single and a metal fold up bed. It was missing 4 springs and another 5 springs weren't attached to the frame. We had to get a replacement folding bed. The food menu was a little strange and different from what we expected. The half aromatic duck was nice but the sauce was very thick and tasted like it was out of a jar. The bar and restaurant menu seem to be the same menu. The food quality was below what we expected especially for the prices.During the night at 3am, there were a bunch of drunken men shouting and bawling in the corridor for about 15 mins.

Liked: Rooms were great, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast selection not amazing. Although Mags who was on breakfast went out of her way for us and from what I seen other families too. Greeted with a smile and a chat when she could. Such a lovely lady.
Disliked: Just the selection for breakfast. Coffee machine broken also.
