My preference is for a...

Liked: Old style, comfortable hotel in the centre of Kilkenny. It fits my preference for accommodation and this was a return or repeat stay.

Liked: It was close to the Kilkenny Castle, St Canice's Cathedreal and round tower. The staff was really kind, the food was delicious. It was me and my mom but we got a family room so we were quire comfortable :)
Disliked: Its not a bad thing, but from the parking lot you either have to go through the parking lot back to the streets to get into the hotel (2min walk) or through the bar&grill place where there are many steps so its was a little bit hard with the luggages.

Liked: Location was great, a few minutes walk into town and kilkenny castle. Our early departure in the morning was no issue.
