Great location, great parking, lovely...
Liked: It’s the third time I’ve stayed with you - comfortable rooms, wonderful staff and parking.
Disliked: The bathrooms really need updating. They are tired and please think about the shower curtain, it was horrible when it stuck to you!

It was okay, but pricy...
Liked: Located close to the mediaeval mile area, free parking in back (although it’s a single lane for both directions; beware trying to turn in when someone is leaving or you’ll have to back out onto a busy sidewalk and street!), plenty of towels and pillows and a small safe. Decent TV selections.
Disliked: Location next to the World’s End pub Beer Gardens. Loud until the wee hours, whether you have the window open or closed. Then the Fire alarm went off in the hotel at 5 am on a Saturday, apparently due to a guest showering with the bathroom door open. A deafening clang for 5 minutes, and then nothing. No announcement, no staffer running down halls, no information at all. Were we doomed to burn like poor Petronella? I dressed, grabbed car keys and purse, studied the evacuation map on the back of the door, and had to ask another guest in the hall where people were congratulating, before returning to the room to call reception. No apology or explanation. Took an hour to get back to sleep.

All good
Liked: Lovely staff member when I bought breakfast . Listen - this is the second time I have reviewed the place . It’s quite tedious on a multi stop trip .
Disliked: Small shower

Super location. Lovely staff.
Liked: Myself and friend stayed for Comedy Festival. Location is brilliant. Plenty of parking. Hotel has loads going on with different Bars etc. They put us at the back, so it was very quiet. Room was bright and Airy. Beds are solid and comfortable. Breakfast was standard fare. You won't go hungry. The Staff serve you so, just ask for what you want.
Disliked: Bathroom was in our room was dated, not good for showering as the Bath rails are to far out. Needs to be replaced with proper easy access shower and non slip flooring. Breakfast Room needs to be updated.
