Liked: Staff were helpful, nice towels in bathroom. Bottled water provided everyday. Bus stop right outside.
Disliked: I'm not sure how this got a 4-star rating! (and I've stayed in some great ones). Room was small and tired, well past its best. Bathroom even smaller with a shower over bath with a plastic shower curtain, Ugh!! The bed was a queen size but on a double base, so had an overhang of 10cm all around. It felt like you were falling out of bed if you were close to edge. Despite contacting before our arrival, the staff had absolutely no idea of our dietary requirements - vegan/vegetarian/GF. Who doesn't cater for these diets these days? Consequently, breakfast was overpriced for what we could order. In fact, it was expensive anyway. Gave up and went elsewhere for food after the first day. Our room was in the attic, 3 flights of stairs from the carpark. In fairness, staff did offer to help with luggage. WiFi was unreliable, kept dropping out if you eventually managed to connect. No fridge or safe in room.Not a hotel, it struggles to qualify as a B&B really!4 Star price - 2 star quality!My experience with using Booking.com is if you book with them, the hotels/B&B, etc, seem to put you in the most inconvenient room!
