Uncomfortable bed but a base...

Liked: THe premises inside and out. The fact that it had off-road parking.
Disliked: To us this premises is punching above its weight calling it a 4 star. At a cost of over £800 for 5 nights i'm astounded that they charge extra for a breakfast, Having tried it on the first morning and needing to pre order and book the night before, why did we have to wait 30minutes over the agreed time for food, and it wasn't only us having to wait for our food, which was served on a small plate to make it look more, We stayed in a 'superior double' i dread to think what an 'ordinary double' was like. On arrival we had to call for housekeeping to clean under the toilet seat. What appears to be a newly fitted shower with large head looks good but I assume the water pressure is too low as the water only trickled out. The trims of the room curtains were hanging off in places. The wardrobes doors would only shut if closed together. On checking out a day earlier than anticipated staff had the audacity to try and charge us again for the breakfast we had to pay for before we could order it. We wouldn't be booking to stay here again.

Liked: Well it’s a old Victoria style hotel that brings you in 90s very clean and well decorated mini bar was awesome breakfast is 9/10
