Liked: Location is great, perfect for family with children and elder members. Safe and clean. A nice retreat after a day in a 4WD.
Disliked: Staff. We had an incident at the restaurant one night and the reaction was that we, customers, were being unreasonable and “agressive” while we were merely showing some frustration after waiting over 1 hour for our food. The bottom line was that there was an issue with the kitchen but this was never communicated to us. To be noted that we were caring for children and an 82 year old diabetic woman. All the more that same staff made fun of us the next day and we were treated as “difficult” people for the rest of our stay.Staff didn’t care about customer.
