Liked: Location was great and central in downtown Brandon
Disliked: The staff were rude and not helpful with any inquiries we had. When checked into our room, we discovered that our toilet was broken and wouldn't flush - when reported to the front desk, they basically said that there was nothing they could do and we had to 'deal with it'.

Disliked: Our key cards wouldn’t work so the front desk had to open our door for us every time we needed in to our room throughout the evening then when we got back from our night out ended up not being able to sleep or stay at all and having to leave at 3am because we found bed bugs and when we went down to tell the front desk man he couldn’t care at all about the situation and basically told us to go and call the manager about it Monday. Thankfully we ended up finding another place to stay at 3am so we didn’t have to drive 4hrs back home.

Liked: Location was good. Did not partake in breakfast.
Disliked: Several things were subpar;1) Accessing emails or the internet, in general, was sporadic at best and non-existent at times2) The safety latch for the door to the room would not work3) Between 8:00am and 11:00 am there was no hot water available for showers etc.4) The knobs for the shower and sink were not working well. The shower would not stop leaking and the hot water sink knob turned the wrong way
