Disliked: It is dangerous and I felt unsafe downtown. The outside door dead bolt didn’t work. The first room even the manger couldn’t get it opened as the card lock didn’t work. The place is very run down and needs massive repairs and maintenance.

Liked: Location was great and central in downtown Brandon
Disliked: The staff were rude and not helpful with any inquiries we had. When checked into our room, we discovered that our toilet was broken and wouldn't flush - when reported to the front desk, they basically said that there was nothing they could do and we had to 'deal with it'.

Disliked: Our key cards wouldn’t work so the front desk had to open our door for us every time we needed in to our room throughout the evening then when we got back from our night out ended up not being able to sleep or stay at all and having to leave at 3am because we found bed bugs and when we went down to tell the front desk man he couldn’t care at all about the situation and basically told us to go and call the manager about it Monday. Thankfully we ended up finding another place to stay at 3am so we didn’t have to drive 4hrs back home.
