Excellent value for money and...

Liked: Perfect stay. Nature surroundings, only takes around 20mins to walk into the city centre. Bus/coach also available next to the university.
Disliked: Could be hot in the summer when staying on the top floor. But we asked and got a fan which was enough for us.

Liked: Very friendly staff, breakfast was excellent, room was clean, location was easy to find.
Disliked: Bed was a tad hard and not too comfortable.

Liked: The breakfast was great and staff were very helpful and friendly. Just a short bus ride from city centre. The room was very clean, shower was powerful and water a good temperature.
Disliked: The bed was extremely hard and the room was very warm. The shower was a wet room so you dry your feet and then get them wet again every time you go back in the bathroom! Sliders would have been useful to avoid this. I wish l had paid £10 or £20 more and booked an inexpensive chain hotel as would have had a TV in room, comfy chair and probably air conditioning too.

Great place,great breakfast, great staff

Liked: Very helpful staff. My husband was taken ill and they arranged a change to a ground floor room. In the end he had to go to hospital so we had to check out a day early
Disliked: Staff advised I contact booking.com regarding a refund for the early departure. I did this bug booking . Com did not reply
