Liked: The room was clean and exactly as pic on the portal. The breakfast was unexpectedly good and quite decent, with variety like in hotel.
Disliked: The mattress could be better.

Great but loses one point...

Liked: Student accommodation so you know what you are going to get. Functional but perfectly adequate for a night or two. Room, staff, parking, cleanliness etc all excellent.
Disliked: Only gripe is breakfast is served in cardboard and plastic boxes with single use wooden cutlery and plastic cups. Very wasteful, no reason why Kent Uni should be using single use products, should be using reusable cutlery and crockery. Very disappointing when I am sure the Uni is trying to limit its environmental footprint in other areas.

Liked: Decent room good breakfast and fairly cheap
Disliked: Up to 3rd floor no lift and a fairly long walk from the car park

Very good

Liked: Great value for money, the location well placed for Canterbury and access to other towns. Views from site are stunning.Breakfast included also good.
Disliked: I like a firm mattress, but the one we had was so firm it was uncomfortable.

Liked: A very comfortable stay, thank you.
Disliked: Breakfast was good but rather substantial. Perhaps a lighter option would be appreciated by some guests.

Very good

Liked: The accommodation was very good, there was free parking and there were regular buses into the centre of Canterbury, which is only fifteen minutes away.
Disliked: We were there in August and the temperature was quite high. However, there was no air conditioning, the room was stifling, and the window only opened a little, so it was impossible to cool our room down.

Excellent!

Liked: The room was clean and spacious. The receptionist was helpful and welcoming. The campus is lovely, lots of trees, a view of the cathedral, with cute rabbits hopping around in the evening.
Disliked: A bit warm in the room during the night, but it was a hot day.

Ok but hot room and...

Liked: Well located, clean and convenient. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Our room was roasting hot, one of the fobs for getting in the accommodation didn’t work, the signage to help us find the reception where we needed to check in or the block where our room was located was inadequate and we got lost repeatedly
