Liked: The location was perfect.
Disliked: I was verbally abused , thrown out with my family at 11:00 am upon request for another room due to the horrific smell of mildew , bugs all over the floor , hair in the tub and termites and hair found in both of the beds in the room. I was lied on , and the property owner even had the audacity to touch my things as I was taking pictures of the room and practically force me out aggressively in front of my daughter. We had to sleep in my car at an unknown gas station due to his denial of my refund because he chose to lie and say I was smoking in a non smoking room. I called the property from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am the next morning trying to calmly negotiate my refund but he continued to yell at me and begin taunting me because he felt he could just take my money and get away with these violent acts without being held responsible. I had to literally call the cops and they proceeded to tell me he said it wasn’t his responsibility to refund me because of me booking through Booking.com. I booked the room last minute due to my grandmother unexpectedly falling and hitting her head and falling into a coma so she had to be placed on a ventilator and I really needed to be with my family so I trusted this property and this is the treatment I received for just requesting to rest in a more comfortable room. This was one of the most traumatic experience my daughter and I have ever endured from any establishment ever.
