Liked: Nothing. I never stayed there. It was supposed to be cancelled as I asked for my fees to be waved. Still haven't heard anything back about it.
Disliked: Never stated but what I don't like is asking for assistance since I never even made it to your facility. I don't think it's too much to ask for a response. That's much quicker.

Liked: Can’t think of a positive. We had to leave and get a refund for the second night.
Disliked: The rooms were horrible. The first room I checked into the lights didn’t work and the bathroom sink would not turn off. That hallway was supposed to be a non-smoking area but the smell of marijuana filled the hall. We were offered a different “upgraded” room but there was dirty towels on the floor and the bed wasn’t fully made. We were there for maybe 20 minutes and they would not allow for a refund of the first night and I had to fight for a month with them, even being hung up on, to finally get a refund for the last night.
