It was everything I needed to make my trip a success.

Liked: The hotel is located near many amenities including a grocery, fast food, petrol, laundromat, liquor store, smoke shop, pizza place and just down El Camino Real heading West, many more shops, restaurants and a Fed Ex centre. The rooms are kept very clean and the staff were friendly & nice. There's also a pool in the front of the hotel. It is accessible by bus if you don't drive. The 5 freeway is literally right across the street so you can go wherever you need to in So Cal. The room also included internet, cable TV, a microwave and a fridge. There's also a free phone in each room that accesses any number in the 714 area code. Other calls aren't possible.
Disliked: This hotel does have people who regularly live there. There were no problems, sometimes the kids were loud in the morning but they weren't obnoxious.

Liked: There was a threat of a suspicious drug addict roaming around the parking lot next to our car with a sharp object, as viewed from the window of our hotel room. We called security to check it out and no response from them whatsoever.
Disliked: We wanted to extend our stay for one night and were denied at first. No reason was given out. When we asked what was the reasonWe were t accused we had a dog when in fact there was no dog. They should have explained this first before accusing us.
