Kew Gardens Hotel

Overall a lovely stay and so close to Kew gardens, 5-10 min walk away also tesco etc just down the road

Liked: Check in staff very good, nice bar and outdoor garden
Disliked: Breakfast staff very poor, very slow service, waited 40 mins and had to ask twice where the breakfast was. people who came down after us were checking out by the time we came out of breakfast!!No milk in room for the hot drinks. Parking a nightmare nearby if you arrive before midday as it is permit holders only on nearly all roads nearby

Nice pub/hotel in an excellent...

Liked: Very nice staff and a great location. My room had the added bonus of a substantial balcony overlooking the street. Room was a decent size for a double, tea, coffee and bottled water all of good quality. The shower and bath room were clean and a good size.
Disliked: My only criticism is the bed was soft, for bad back sufferers that can be problematic

Liked: Staff were very friendly. Location is excellent for Kew Gardens.
Disliked: Room was incredibly hot. I appreciate that the weather was very hot, but even with the large window open fully and a small fan, the temperature overnight was unbearable and hotter than the outside temperature.
