Kew Gardens Hotel

Overall a lovely stay and so close to Kew gardens, 5-10 min walk away also tesco etc just down the road

Liked: Check in staff very good, nice bar and outdoor garden
Disliked: Breakfast staff very poor, very slow service, waited 40 mins and had to ask twice where the breakfast was. people who came down after us were checking out by the time we came out of breakfast!!No milk in room for the hot drinks. Parking a nightmare nearby if you arrive before midday as it is permit holders only on nearly all roads nearby

Liked: Really friendly staff, delicious cooked breakfast
Disliked: Rooms slightly stuffy and needed to be aired out more between guests (hot weather) No barista coffee offered at breakfast but there was a barista machine behind the bar

Liked: Beautiful little place. Perfect spot for Kew Gardens, short walk from the underground station. We loved the balcony room we were given, a lovely surprise. Breakfast was gorgeous. Staff were all very helpful and friendly- nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely return if in the area.
Disliked: Be aware you are under the flight path, so low flying aircraft are loud - we enjoyed watching them and they stop during the night.

Disliked: The bathroom facilities could be improved, ie some shelves for toilet bags.The breakfast choice was poor - no fruit, yogurt, cereals.

Lovely hotel and great location

Liked: Fantastic location, close to the tube and Kew Gardens, lovely pub downstairs which served a tasty lunch. Comfortable bed, clean.
Disliked: We were on the top floor, it was a hike, not for anyone who isn’t very mobile! Plus it was very hot when we stayed, the windows wouldn’t stay open and the fan just blew hot air around the room. Our neighbours in the next room had an air con unit - I would recommend putting one in this room too. Very tiny shower.
