Overall a lovely stay and so close to Kew gardens, 5-10 min walk away also tesco etc just down the road
Liked: Check in staff very good, nice bar and outdoor garden
Disliked: Breakfast staff very poor, very slow service, waited 40 mins and had to ask twice where the breakfast was. people who came down after us were checking out by the time we came out of breakfast!!No milk in room for the hot drinks. Parking a nightmare nearby if you arrive before midday as it is permit holders only on nearly all roads nearby

Ideal for Kew gardens and...
Liked: Location main attraction. Rear courtyard good to avoid crowded bar (Covid) but not made aware of it. Free parking on road. 5 minutes walk from Kew Gardens. Bed quite comfortable.
Disliked: Cleanliness. Kettle filthy. Walls dirty. Bathroom could have been cleaner. No nice touches. Whole place needs revamping.

Accomodation Fair- Commuication/Organisation Poor -...
Liked: Great location, Satff friendly,Food really good,
Disliked: We booked a Supior room, firstly we were given keys to a twin room which was already occupied! secondly the next room was facing a huge vent from the kitchen and was small and very tired looking with dreadful furniture, there was was a very nice coffee machine which probably cost more than the furniture put together! we were were then moved to a family room which was lovely. This accomdation is great for Kew Gardens, I would like to add the restuarant often closed early without guests being told, what would of been great if more more info was provided in the rooms with a pack with leaflets of things to do locally etc also info from the hotel eg. facilities, restaurant opening hours, general info that kind of thing. I think there wre staffing issues while we were there but im sure if they could adjust a few things it would be spot on.

Liked: A great bathroom and a lovely room.
Disliked: Sadly there was no hot water or heating during my stay which happened to be on a cold day which didn?t help. Otherwise this would have been a great overnight for work!

Ideally suited to the reasons...
Liked: Excellent location - a short walk from Kew Gardens underground station and a stroll to the Kew Gardens entrance gate Lovely village-like atmosphere in the local shopping precinct - like a village square in Paris. Considering this was in the time of Covid-19 with various restrictions still in operation, the hotel did an excellent job but did have to cancel Sunday evening dinner because of the shortage of staff.
