Lovely & family friendly family...

Liked: Friendly, understanding (with regards to our delay in arrival), the place was lovely and spotless. Comfy beds and good facilities. Nice toiletries. I wasn't most chatty but the hosts definitely produced their best effort to help and welcome us to Torquay
Disliked: The breakfast times didn't suit our schedule as we would like but the host provided us with continental packed breakfast so all good in the end. The shower head in room 5 could do with an upgrade because it was bit small but this is just a preference.

Bad

Liked: They tried to renegotiate the agreement. Didn’t provide parking and tried to put the price up on arrival.
Disliked: We didn’t stay at the property and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Liked: Breakfast was very good with lots to choose from. Jonathan and Sade, the managers, were very accommodating. We loved the architecture of the property and the closeness of the harbor. The mini bar in the room was very well stocked. Very nice.
Disliked: Shower was a bit small and the parking was very limited.

Liked: Kethla house is the perfect little B&B. Communication from the hosts was brilliant, we were late arriving but this wasn't a problem Sade sent over very clear instructions on how to access the property and which bedroom we were staying in. The 1st morning we were warmly welcomed by Jonathan and enjoyed a delicious full English breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay and would recommend to anyone.
Disliked: There wasn't anything at all
