Keswick Park Hotel

Good, clean, basic accommodation, but...

Liked: Clean and comfortable accommodation.Good location, close to the Town Centre
Disliked: The hotel feels 'tired' and could use a refurbishment.

This is a lovely hotel...

Liked: Beautiful old building in a great location a short walk to the Lake, staff are great, room was clean, full English breakfast was perfect.
Disliked: Parking is a bit of a squeeze but free, I found the mattress a bit hard.

Liked: Breakfast was really good, room a little small (but it was a single room) the location is very good, less than 5 minutes to the centre of town.
Disliked: The en suite was very narrow and a little restrictive.

Liked: We checked in early, room was not available but we had access to a private lounge to store our bags for a few hours
Disliked: The TV/internet reception. only 1 channel really worked.

Liked: It’s very central and near some restaurants.breakfast was lovely
Disliked: The description says there’s Free Parking. We thought there were about 25 rooms and everyone coming to keswick comes by car. However there are five spaces and one car was badly parked meaning there were four spaces. a member of the staff said it explained that they weee subject to first come first serve and it said as much. however this wasn’t by the free parking bit but at the bottom of the page in small letters. my partner is disabled and there were nospaces reserved for disability. it spoilt my stay as i worried about the car all night and had to go find a space and pay before 8am
