We have a very enjoyable...
Liked: The breakfast was exceptional, with plenty of choice and refills whenever requested. The location is fantastic with a great view of the estuary. The Kentwood is located just off the promenade behind Albion pub. Nothing was too much trouble, David and Alexander are great hosts and we will be returning soon…!!!
Disliked: Nothing …..

Pleasure meeting you both big...
Liked: Great host's with service second to none and rarely found nowadays. Lovely room with great view, clean and well equipped (iron and board, hairdryer plenty tea, coffee sugar etc. even fresh milk and biscuits), wanted for nothing. Exceptional breakfast. Felt very homely and welcomed and will definitely stay again. Two very lovely guys... pleasure to meet you both and look forward to seeing you next year.

Lovely stay at Kentwood
Liked: We were in Arnside for a wedding this previous weekend and had a lovely stay at Kentwood. As we were out for most of the time due to the wedding, we didn't spend a whole lot of time there other than sleeping and having breakfast. However Alex and David were very welcoming and let us check into our room early, making us feel very comfortable from the get go. The house is situated very centrally in Arnside, right next to the promenade and about a 10 min walk to the station. The room was a good size with a spacious bathroom with walk in shower and all very clean with almost everything we could need. The bath robes were a lovely extra! Breakfast was good, and there was a nice selection to choose from.
Disliked: Just a couple of points that made Kentwood just shy of perfect!I understand the ease of pre-ordering your breakfast the day before for the host, however we found ourselves either forgetting (as we were constantly out), or not being sure what we would want the next morning (if anything) and feeling a little pressure to choose. I am confident that the hosts would be completely flexible with this but we felt guilty about changing our minds as they were so lovely. As convenient as it is having the pub right next door, we did find the punters at the end of Friday night being extremely loud and hanging around outside until gone midnight. This of course is not the fault of the hosts, just something to be aware of when booking.I do think the property is *slightly* expensive for what it is. As lovely as it is, £150 a night is a lot to ask for a B&B in a sleepy place like Arnside.Clutching at straws to a find a negative but we would 100% recommend staying here and will hopefully be back.
