Disliked: They could do with a bit of improvement with their towels,as the towels were a bit old and had ruffles.

Disliked: The room could have been cleaner, drink splash/stain on bathroom floor, peeling paint on bath tub, drink sachet holder very dirty, 2 sugars were already opened and left in the holder, tv remote control was dirty/grimyReturned after breakfast (9.30) to find housekeeper in room, with door open, having left my suitcase and bag in the room in plain sight.Not clear at first what the system for breakfast was, would have been nice to be greeted on arrival at breakfast.

Liked: Quiet place, nice staff
Disliked: The towels weren’t clean, and neither were the coffee cups! It’s a shame...I clearly saw the makeup patches on the towels before using them!!!

Nice stay at Kent's Hill

Liked: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location of the facility was perfect for us. Our room was very neat and tidy. The inhouse parking was very convenient for us.
Disliked: It was difficult to locate our room.
